In this podcast, Dr. Berg talks about dairy in keto (ketogenic diet). It is important that when you consume dairy, it must be grass fed and organic because if it is not, those cows are fed grains which are GMO. The problem with dairy is that it has growth factors, like for example a men that have a prostate problem where it is enlarging, taking dairy would make it worse. A lot of people also have allergies not just on the lactose but also in the casein protein which is in the dairy. But most people don’t do well on consuming large amounts of dairy, but will also do fine with small amount.
