Every day brings fresh revelations of data breaches.

Privacy abuses, Russian spies, trolls.

Is it time to finally hit delete on all of it?

You can live a full life without being on social media.

You guys, you're checking your Twitter feeds constantly in this way that's just insane.

You have a problem that you need to address.

I'd love to see more of these Silicon Valley folks who are getting away from these platforms

work on reforming them rather than simply telling us that they're bad and then taking their

millions and going away.
