Yes, the guy with autism is going to be doing this live stream. Yes, I was reading the chat.

Well, welcome back, guys, to another T-Rex talk. We are going to be talking about old equipment.

0:10.5

Now, unfortunately, I'm young, right? But, uh, so some of the gear I'm going to be bringing out here is still standard issue for some of you.

0:19.1

And that might upset some people it has in the

0:22.3

past. But based on, you know, modern trends and modern kit and whatnot, it is old by standards of

0:30.4

what is really being manufactured today. So even if it's a decade or two decades old, that is

0:36.2

kind of a little older than some of the newer gear or some of the trends that exist right now.

1:28.6

Like that is literally the purpose of a chest rig. That is one of the purposes of a plate carrier

1:32.8

is just to carry your magazines, your medical, your water, your whatever, your sustainment stuff,

1:37.7

and old stuff will work just fine for that. Now obviously newer gear is lighter made with different

1:42.3

materials. It also can be more expensive.

1:44.9

It gives you a few little advantages here and there, but at the end of the day, if the objective is to carry some stuff,

1:50.4

well, you could actually make your own chest rig out of duct tape, and it could actually do that just fine,
