Summary

Are you tired of obscene images and themes taking over our movies and entertainment? We’ve been desensitized. What would once incite feelings of shock and shame are considered commonplace in our culture. “It's crept in, in every way, and it's just this bombardment that's coming against us. But I think you're seeing things start to change. People are saying, ‘Wait a second. We've gone too far. The pendulum has swung way too far,’” Pure Flix CEO Michael Scott told me in this podcast. Biblical principles must take their place in government, entertainment, education, and beyond. It’s time to bring Jesus back to Hollywood, be a light in the entertainment industry, and support films that promote biblical values—voting with our dollars and our presence will bring more Christian content to our theaters and TVs.

For too long did that, the church stepped away from arts and media and thought, ah, that's, you know, that's for the devil and everything like that. I always said this is a thing, you know, the church got confused about it. You know, if I was to cuss and swear into this microphone, it doesn't make the microphone evil, right? And I think that's what the church did. They assume the whole thing. It's what comes out, what you put over it.
