1:15.4	We currently owe $225 on it and have an interest rate of 2.6%.
1:20.8	Our monthly payments 1950 which is right out of quarter of our T-Compay.
1:25.0	We had a realtor come to our house last week.
1:27.1	They said that they would list it right at 500,000.
1:29.2	I called a handful of property management companies that we could rent it for about 3,000
