Greg? You can get rid of the snow for one thing. Uh oh come on now you know it

it rained all week in New York and the funniest thing about that I was in a cab and I said he says well at least it's not snow and I said oh I'd like snow because no you wouldn't so now you're telling me no I wouldn't

you live in Colorado dude I mean people from Colorado do not usually

complain about snow well I guess the skiers don't but the ones that

shovel their driveway do I guess.

What's going on Greg?

So in my message I had said that I was, I'm 65, I'm going to be retiring at the end of the year. We have just recently sold two properties that we were using for rental properties.

And I guess the question that when we lost money on the other one we made a profit

on and it was enough that we could pay off our primary residence and so I was

wondering you know would it be more beneficial to go ahead and pay off the

mortgage on our primary residence or would it be better to use that money and invest it and continue with the mortgage.

Okay let's go through a few of the details. The primary residence, how much is it worth

approximately? Well, so I would estimate between 550 and 600,000.
