The water boys here with you guys. You know, God brings things into our country to teach us about his word. Let's just, let's just summarize it that way. Okay. So, I mean, you think of COVID. Like, that was a great learning experience for Christians. Right. The, the, the spheres of sovereignty. Yeah. Like, how many Christians learned about that? John MacArthur. Yeah.

Came to that conclusion finally after a couple months of COVID.

Yeah, a bunch of people failed their tests.

A lot of tests.

And so the trouble that God brings us is to draw us near to him to become more, you know, biblically literate.

Wise. Wise, right. And I think this immigration thing that's been going on in the discussion that's been happening nationally for a long time. I think that's, that's the big takeaway is like, you need to think more biblically about illegal immigration. Yeah. About immigration, period. Period. Right. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, and I think there's, I mean, zoom out even further is what is a nation? Yeah. What, what is a nation? And that's good. Because if you don't know what a nation is, then what's immigration? Yeah. You have to define the center. You got in order to know. Right. Who's illegal? Who's not? Who's a foreigner? Who's a sojourner? Who's not? Exactly. Yeah, that's good. And who's not who's a foreigner who's a sojourner who's not exactly yeah and so I think it's a it's a big test yeah and

our temptation is to constantly go to Fox or you know X yeah or Instagram yeah for

our answers yeah rather than the Bible yeah we like like, we've been given the word of God. Yeah. And God said, here, let me show you, let me show you justice. I'm going to, I'm going to, I'm going to, I'm going to, I'm going to, I'm going to create a nation from his loins, through whom all the nations are going to be blessed. Yeah. If they listen to the wisdom that I gave to Israel.

Right.

Like if they listen to the law, if they apply it to their circumstances, you can have a

blessed nation just like God promised to Abraham.

And everybody's like, man, I wish there was something we could, I mean, there was some

way we knew how to handle immigration.

Right. Yeah. There's the Bible. If only there was a book. If only God had spoken to us and he has. Yeah. And so I'm just going to real quick kind of give the background of the last six months on what's happened with immigration and Trump's enforcement and ICE and all that stuff, just real high level. Okay. And then we're going to get into kind of the current discussion of illegal immigration between the Democrats and the Republicans. And then we got so much for you. So much biblical wisdom by the end of the show. It's going to, it's going to blow your mind. And charts. And charts. We don't know what they mean, but we have charts. You have charts. So actually, we're going to start off with charts. So here's the first chart. I don't even know what charted is because my clips got deleted from my notes here. So this chart is U.S. Border Patrol apprehensions per month. And you'll see in January real high, almost 300,000 in January. And then you'll see February, March, April, May, June. And what I want to note here is they actually start dividing up the Southwest border apprehensions versus nationwide apprehensions. So I think part of the reason why they break it up is because Southwest probably has the highest percentage of population illegal immigrants coming across the border that they apprehended. And then kind of the rest of the U.S.

Right. So you got people like a handful the rest of the U.S. Right.

So you got people like, you know, a handful of people coming into Idaho from Canada.

Yeah. Right, right. And people come in into New York. Yeah, from Mexico or whatever kind of thing. And so you can actually add up the red, excuse me, the orange and the blue. and you're getting close to that probably, you know,

200,000 a monthish, you know,

maybe 175 a month average kind of thing.

And then the next chart, oh, my charts, they're back. They're back. Way to go. Magic. So this is just the same chart, but I just kind of wanted to show it in terms of like a line graph. So you can kind of see this big. Um, but you see the blue and the orange.

If you add them up, again, they're about that 175 mark. So who made these charts and everything?
