ТРЕВОЖНАЯ МУЗЫКА

Я хочу говорить о том, что у нас есть несколько раз,

в which is because I myself have fallen down the wormhole of

Fitzbow many times, and I have felt it motivate me,

and I've also witnessed how it's played a very harmful role

in my mentality around fitness, around health,

and I just think it's important to talk about it,

especially because I know that it's not just me.

I know that a lot of us tend to follow

models, fitness models, or fitness influencers,

or even just going on Pinterest, and just like

pinning workouts, or like ideal body types, or goals, or things like that.

Actually, the earliest I remember doing that

is being in elementary school and cutting out, like, girls in magazines

and putting them on like a dream board when I was in like grade six

of like a body type that I wanted to do, and like, you know, just exercise.

In the also important era of going through puberty,

literally ingraining these deep, like, subconscious,

thoughts, or images, really, of this is fitness.

This is what it looks like to be fit.

This is what it looks like to live a healthy lifestyle.
