You want to see what's happening to me, Rox? Yeah. Well, the first of all, this year has been, I don't know if this year decided, like, I will, I started the year, I found out that I have acid reflux. That's my new thing that I started the year with. Like, oh, that's what I have toviset? Well, we did this eight-week program to kind of heal my esophagus, as the doctor says. And so now I've just got to manage my triggers. Which are? Well, I found out because one of the jobs I do, the suit I wear has a harness that cinches really, we have to wear it incredibly tight around our waist. so it's kind of forcing my stomach acid up into my esophagus is like oh that's what it's doing so that diet sodas of course any kind of soda's not good because the carbonation and caffeine but so but that's that

that's life and then tomatoes i had i well i don't like tomatoes at all, but I do love Italian food. So, yeah. Shannon and I... Lemon juice. I don't drink lemon juice. But then about a month... Are they? You got bad... You got acid reflux? Tomatoes and lemon juice, yeah. Tomatoes are terrible, yeah. I used to eat Mikey a whole lemon like an apple every day. That's probably what cost it then. He certainly did. And then about a month and a half ago, I got probably one of the worst upper respiratory infections I've had. Like, I thought it was just a cold or a sinus infection, but then it just says cough I would have was awful. And then it's like, oh, my doctor's almost always pneumonia, but he's like, I know, your lungs are clear. But then now it's my ears are plugged still. Like for three weeks now, my ears are plugged. And it's like one or the other. I feel like I'm underwater. So there's that. So then yesterday I get up and I'm going to work out for, you know, I go to work.

And I'd go to do a Bulgarian split squat and put my foot up on the bench.

And I don't think my toe was on the bench where I thought it would be and smashed it
