be clear about something? This isn't like Syracuse basketball the late

years. It's not like states making the NIT. If Izzo's crime is, they're not going to win a

national championship. Okay, well, then you're going to have to fire a lot of coaches.

I was going to say, if Izzo's crime is, you lost to Duke, Nebraska, and Michigan.

This season, there's a lot of coaches who would have to be fired if that was their resume.

Do I wish, look, it's no secret.

Tom's got limited time left. Once you got a seven in front of your

name, all right, life may last a lot longer, but your professional future, you don't have long.

I wish Tom would just give up the ship and spend the way it needs to be, the way he doesn't want to do it, but the way it needs to be done.

Because for all of the recruiting, let's be clear, those kids primarily are not leading you anywhere.
