All right. A few more Nats calls. What do you think of the firings yesterday? Mike Rizzo gone. Davy Martinez gone. De Bartolo is going to take over as the interim GM. He had been on the staff working for Mike Rizzo for a while now, apparently more data-driven.

Mike DeBardo is, smart, thoughtful. The learner said in their statement, we're fortunate to

have him as part of our organization. Remember, the Nats have the number one overall pick

in the MLB draft a week from now. So the timing doesn't

seem great, but they moved on from Mike Rizzo now anyway. And the manager replacement,

at least an interim manager replacement, will be named sometime today. The Nats not back in

action until tomorrow night in St. Louis.

So, what did you think of the firings? Are you okay with it? Are you disgusted by it?

And who do you blame for all of this? It's been a rough six years since, you know, the eight-year run of five playoff seasons of, you know,

for during that eight year run, all eight seasons above five hundred, even in the three years,

they didn't get to the postseason. They were 86 and 76, 83 and 79, 82, and 80. I mean, attendance,

you know, over two and a half million for almost all of those years, and culminating in that

incredible memorable October of 2019. But since then, one of the worst teams in baseball,

with, by the way, you know, an attendance

mark that just looks paltry compared to what it was when they were competing for play in October.

So who do you blame for all of this? What's your reaction to it? 301-230980. We had Mark Zuckerman on the show
