Fram Weinstein, who's the play-by-play announcer for the Washington commanders,

said on his podcast that the commanders are considering making some changes,

some small changes to the uniform, though he says there's no timeline.

Quote is, will that happen anytime soon?

I don't think so, but that's a change you may see in the not too distant future.

Now, to give you a little background on the NFL rules, teams are restricted for making uniform changes more than once every five seasons.

So Washington would typically have to wait until 2027 to introduce a new look.
