Hello everybody and welcome and today we are doing a fascinating debate centering on psychedelics.

Yes psychedelics which in medical terms are those in exact category of drugs that affect perception

and cognition and without question they have been gaining broader acceptance in the culture in recent years.

Proponents of wider use of psychedelics point to their potential benefits in the field of neuroscience

and as therapies having therapeutic benefits. Abonents of wider use point to the dangers of that use

and also about a lack of data on what greatly increasing access to psychedelics would mean in society at large.

Either way as with cannabis the movement for wider use of psychedelics is growing.

It's an issue that seemed ripe for debate so here it is should society legalize psychedelics.
