Mike, Mike. The picture is bleak. The picture that you paint is bleak, and I agree with you virtually completely, except, don't get mad about this.

I think they're a little closer to SOL than we think, and they're not there, and they're not necessary next to being there.

But when you think about all the mistakes they made since last season ended,

which was not replacing their coordinators with people,

they were a Super Bowl contender at the end of last season.

And you would think that excellence would demand that you would go get excellent coordinators.

Yeah.

And they obviously didn't.

That was, that's where I went, uh-oh, there's a problem.

The draft didn't net what it should have and the trade to get Tesla silly, waste of, even

if he's talented, it was a waste of resources or assets.

I didn't like the Derek Barnes re-signing, didn't like the JMO resigning when they did.

They do a lot of unforced errors and then you go through all the litany, all the things that

you've seen the season, the things that you recited so eloquently today.

If someone were doing an audit and asked, how could you manage to do all

these things wrong that you could have done, should have done, could have avoided, you and I are

outsiders, but we still saw it coming. So how come these guys didn't see it coming? And this is

where I have concerns going forward, because if they didn't see it coming, can they navigate going forward? And then I have one other split, and then I want

to hear what you got to say about it. But right now, at least in the beginning days, it seemed

like Campbell and Holmes were in lockstep. But what happens when it starts to be discussions with management and, well, he didn't

get me the players I wanted.
