great i didn't have any problems but i've heard a lot of horror stories about landlords allowing pets

and the pets doing thousands of dollars in damages to the property.

And I'm not 100% sure that I would do it again.

Awesome. Doing good. So you allow pets in your rentals. Do you have any kind of limits on pets that you'll accept,

or are you fine with any pet coming in your properties?

I definitely have conditions based upon my pet policy, as well as my experiences, with all

kinds of pets, from dogs, cats, to iguanas, rabbits, and barrets, as well as, I forgot what that thing

was called.
