Well, my mother passed away about 18 months ago.

She left me and my brother, a paid off home, currently valued at $450,000.

I'm an executor on the house, and I'm trying to make a decision as to whether sell the house and have to throw my brother out on the street,

I let him continue living there.

Well, I assume he doesn't have the money to bow your half.

I think it's a little dramatic to say throw him out on the street.

He's going to have $200,000 in his pocket when he lands on the street.

I feel the same way.

So, on what planet does he think he gets to live there for free indefinitely?

Well, he's been living there for free indefinitely well he's been living

there for free for about 15 years now he has an anxiety disorder which led him to uh be uh

dependent on zanix he does not work his girlfriend pays all his bills she's been living there

for about nine years she's a disabled vet who works part-time as a nurse. My mother couldn't have the heart

to put him out on the street. And then as a Christian, I'm struggling too. What's the right decision?

Okay. I'm not sure that supporting or enabling people's inability or unwillingness to deal with their stuff is non-Christian.

As a matter of fact, it's non-Christian to enable them to sit in the sewage that we call

their life right now.
