Quinn, our beef is squashed, so now I need an update on the running.

You're not limping today.

That's encouraging.

Ironically, I should be because I was doing interval work this morning, and with four

and a half weeks to go on my last interval, I felt the hamstrings start to strain.

I did not strain it, and I abruptly stopped.

I have learned that the hard way.

So I got through about 90% of the workout.

It was a very difficult workout.

It felt really good.

It was hard.

But I felt that, and I was like, no.

And so I finished.

I mean, I walked.

I iced it today.

Hopefully, and I know, I think it'll be just fine.
