0:42.5	So I guess I've become a little bit of an expert in my industry of ice cream and frozen dessert training and education.

0:46.1	I do a lot of consulting.
0:52.6	I have a thinkific site at scoopschool.com that has video-based training.
0:54.1	I teach classes and so forth. Also I have another website called Insideicecream.com that has video-based training. I teach classes and so forth.
0:59.2	Also I have another website called Inside Ice Cream.com that kind of cross over.
1:02.5	One's more informational, the other one's more education and training.
1:16.7	Here's my question. So I've created this authority in the ice cream industry, but I really feel as though I should be crossing over into the general restaurant or food service industry with the information that I've got.
1:23.7	I'm putting videos and content online, which are very specific to the ice cream business,
1:28.7	but the principles are almost exactly the same for restaurants and food trucks and everything else,
1:34.5	food costs, labor costs, marketing promotion.
