Well, speaking of like exciting things on the horizon, the last time you and I talked, I know you and Allie dialogue, but the last time you and I talked, you're like, I don't know if I'm going to run my race, but it sounds like game on. I threw you for a loop with that one. I remember you were like, I'm sorry, what? Yeah, so I had a little bit of a hamstring issue. That is gone. It feels great. I mean, I don't know how it'll feel two and a half hours into a run. Sure. But fingers crossed right now. Did you just lay off of it for a while? Well, I did. I took four days off. I did a bunch of dry needing. I have this, like, I am not, I'm an amateur athlete, okay? I act like a pro. I mean, I'm just being serious. Like, I have, I'm very fortunate because I, over the years, and as I've gotten older, you get hurt, you break down.
1:47.5	So I have a phenomenal physical therapist.
1:50.4	I have a phenomenal massage therapist.
1:52.6	I'm married to a PT.
1:56.5	She's got terrible bedside manners with me, but I'm married to a PT.
2:00.4	You just better start showing me a little more appreciation around here, Mr. Man.
