0:04.6	And the topic of today's newsletter is going to be, should it burn the bridge, waded out, or ghost her?
0:11.2	I've got an email, this is from a guy.
0:13.2	He claims, claims, he's read 3% man 16 times.
0:18.5	And so he says for about a year and a half, he was in a platonic friendship with a woman
0:24.5	who obviously he wanted to date. And then after about a year and a half, tells her about his
0:30.5	feelings and he wants to date her. She's not excited. She tries a friend on him. He says,
0:37.2	thanks for no thanks. Call me for change your mind.
0:40.2	She reaches out a few weeks later, invites him to go on a date. They make a date. She
0:46.0	cancels at the last minute. Asked to reschedule. He reschedules. Same thing. She cancels at the last
0:52.2	minute. And now four months have have gone by, and she texts
0:56.4	him about once every week or two about some innocuous thing, doesn't bring up getting in together.
1:02.3	He's like, should I put my foot down again? Should I just go to this girl? What should I do? Or just
1:08.0	blow it up and tell her to leave me alone.
1:17.6	So this is what happens when, I mean, I did this when I was real young, when I was in my teenage years, late or early 20s, it's like I did this stuff.
1:22.1	It's like you waste an incredible amount of your time because attraction is not a choice.
1:26.6	And even if there was attraction in the beginning beginning when you spend that much time with somebody and
1:30.7	you just don't go for it they recognize you just don't have the confidence and
1:35.6	then they just see it was a platonic friend and a lot of guys get into the
1:39.8	platonic friendship type of zone thinking all converted later she'll see what a great guy am then she'll
1:46.7	really like me but if she wasn't even attracted to you if you didn't pass her minimum standards of
1:52.4	attraction that i talk about in three percent man doesn't matter it's totally irrelevant you're just
