One of our listeners who's a credential minister asked if you'd address a question that he had,

and that is under what circumstances is it appropriate for a person to be rebaptized.

Now, this minister specifically had in mind if a person's been baptized in Jesus' name at some point in their life,

is there a set of circumstances under which maybe they should
