Most of it is welfare programs, payoffs, pet projects for all the congresspeople, little vanity green projects for donors.

It's all stuff like that. And a lot of it is trying to like remake the american economy in a more socialist economy

there is a few things in there little things in there for infrastructure uh but the way he made that

speech imagine if you had uh do you hear that part about the most perfect highways from one coast to the

other you'll take a high-speed train to California

and be there in no time.
