Feeling good, man. It's getting a little warmer outside, which don't love that. I'm like, you know, I like it a little bit cooler, but we're going to survive it, I think, Grant.

Yeah, I am team like a French bulldog, 57 degrees is kind of the wheelhouse for me.

Yeah. I would have thought you liked warmth because you seemed like a bit of an outdoorsman and the guy who likes to sweat and work out a little bit. But I appreciate that you and I can be sympathical on this. Yeah. You know, it's just like, again, the temperature, if I'm working out, it's okay, but like, you know, it kind of means the bugs are coming, like the humidity is up. I just like to be able We'll sit on my deck and not like drip sweat. But, you know, once we get above that like 85, 87 range, like it's just, it's pouring off me. You know what I'm saying? So I don't like having to change shirts three times a day, I think, is the issue. You can watch the show on YouTube on the 1067, The Fan and Team 980 YouTube channels. If at first you don't succeed, I think the rest of it is something like maybe listen to what your coach told you the first time. Correct. Yes. Yeah, that's exactly what it is. Yeah. You wear high school practices all the time, I bet you. I bet. Yeah. There's no betting. Yeah. You'd be right on point with that for sure. I mean, that's got to be the thing as a high school coach. That's the most frustrating is just knowing that I'm trying to help you. All you've got to do is I played in the NFL, do the knowing that I'm trying to help you.

All you've got to do is I played in the NFL, do the thing that I'm telling you to do,

and it'll work more often than not.

So I'll tell you this about coaching high school football, coaching youth,

you know, rugby flag football, soccer, whatever it is,

is most kids want to do the right thing.

But you just got to remember that their exposure to the sport is so incredibly small. It's so tiny. So when you're like, hey, man, we're going to block this Sam on. Like, I was having a conversation with two underclassmen yesterday at practice. And I said, hey, man, we're going to make sure we kick out the and manelina scrimmage. And they both looked at me like I had two

heads. And I was like, do you know what kickout means? And they went, no. It's like, do you know what email means? They said no. So then you got to kind of take your language all the way back and be like, okay, this guy on the ball here, we want to make sure our hat's inside. And we're going to kick this guy out. he's the end man on the line of screen.

And it's just,

you just got to bring it all the way back.

And then I have coaches that get mad.

They're like, man,

I told him this yesterday. I'm like, man, we'll tell them again. Like, it's their job. It's our job to make sure they know it. So if we got to tell them 100 times, 101 times, 200 times, let's make sure that we are communicating that at the highest of levels. And ultimately, like, they're going to be on the field.

So that's another job for me as a coach.
