examples of guys that have been hired that were considered splashy hires.

Kirby Smart had some interesting comments last week about conference championship games and playing in the conference

championship game might devalue some of the things that you did. We'll discuss

that. I don't think he necessarily meant it the way it was interpreted by some but we'll discuss

that and say exactly why conference shape he chips still matter especially in a 12

team format with a couple tweaks that I think need to happen.
