Josh, it's good to have you with us.

So Josh and I have a little bit of history.

Josh and I went to seminary together,

but probably more importantly,

we worked together in the oil change business.

And Josh, I would say literally we were in the pits of despair together.

It's got to count for something.

Yeah, yeah.

There's definitely a brotherhood that you develop.

That's right.

We're a band of brothers who were in the pit changing oil together in the heat of summer in Kentucky.

So we're definitely bonded. Well Josh is a graduate from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

He has a keen interest in philosophical tradition,

including Thomas Aquinas.

And he is the father of four children, husband,

two, one wife.

Now on this episode we are going to be talking about the Black Lives Matter movement.

We're going to look at both the organization, what it is, what some of its beliefs are, and especially why prominent evangelicals have been putting

their support behind the organization.
