Elliot Friedman of Sportsnet was on the intermission show this weekend and had a bit of an update on

the Blackhawks. Nothing too crazy, nothing you probably haven't heard before. But he says the Blackhawks

are indeed testing the market on some trades. Taves, Cain's, and Jones have no movement clauses, so don't count on them.

They're not on the market.

Other than that, they're listening on anybody.

We'll see if someone makes an offer that peaks their interest.

So nothing really terribly new there.

The one thing that really got my attention was that

Taves, Kane, and Jones are not on the market. And fellas, we were talking off the air a little

bit about there's really no point in saying they're on the market or acknowledging they're on the
