Google, Facebook, Apple, and Amazon have amassed incomparable power over the U.S. economy,

political discourse, and social interactions. Now they're being targeted as monopolies,

which determine intentionally or otherwise not just what we buy, but how we think.

Both the left and the right are now talking regulation, but is big tech insulated by its ubiquitous services, popularity with consumers, and its lobbying power?

That's the second half of our program.

We'll also update the earthquake damage in Mexico and we'll hear how Iran's president responded to President Trump at the United Nations.

Iran's President Hassan Rouhani addressed the UN General Assembly today,

responding to this critique yesterday of the nuclear deal by President Trump.

Frankly, that deal is an embarrassment to the United States,

and I don't think you've heard the last of it.
