Summary
Charlie begins by breaking down the most up-to-date war movements on the ground in Ukrainian as Russian forces, while suffering mounting losses in men, weaponry, and morale, are still on track to divide the nation of Ukraine into four quadrants, choking off Ukrainian forces from reinforcing one another.
