My name is Jeff Gluck, and I'm along with my coworker, Jordan Bianchi.

We are motorsports writers at The Athletic, and we are here to discuss the latest news of the offseason, the latest happenings, as we get closer and closer to the start of the NASCAR season.

Jordan, uh, eventful week seems like, uh, this off season has been busy for everybody.

You've been back and forth.

I guess you're, you're, we're snowy Charlotte now.

Is that correct?

I am in snowy ice covered Charlotte, which is very unusual for me.

I grew up in Minnesota.

So snow storms and ice storms are very common.

This is my first one I've ever experienced in Charlotte.

And the level of freak out is off the chart.

And I get it.

Like they don't have the equipment down here.

This is on, you know, they don't deal with this a lot.

But the grocery stores are picked over.

You would think that this was like some week long like Armageddon weather thing.

It's just basically going to be one day in and out.

But it's here we are.

Look, I, you know, I lived in Charlotte for 10 years and I was absolutely in the mode of, you know, as soon as Brad Panovich, WX Brad would tweet, oh, you know, the chance of snow and he has the

milk and bread meter kind of stuff. And, you know, everybody, you had to beat everybody else to the

store to go get your milk and bread. And then how almost 90% of the time, nothing would even
