Stephen makes money at night as a nightclub manager, but he's widely known throughout our nation's

capital as a pedestrian and biker protection activist. In fact, he was the face of the street smart

program, which promotes pedestrian and biker safety. It encourages drivers. Basically,

can you yield to walkers and cyclists when appropriate and Steve's image even appeared on billboards

and buses around the city. It depicted his face with a thick black tire mark running from the top

to the bottom. And then a message next to his face just simply read, people do not come with airbags.

Maybe not. Anyway, well, Steve recently suffered a broken leg foot and vertebrae as well as

road rash after he was the victim of a hit and run. Oh, yeah. This is the guy that was on the

commercials. They gathered in all the commercials. He was riding his scooter home after work. He got

hit. It was a hit and run. Uh, person took off. Luckily, witness did get the license plate number

of the car. They hit him with cops having arrested me yet. But like, he's the guy trying to promote
