The corruption and the ineptness of the government agencies has no limit, especially in Minnesota.

Nick Shirley, the 23-year-old YouTuber who exposed all the daycare fraud and the autism fraud in Minnesota,

just put out a second video. And this one centers all around transportation. And when I say the

word center, I mean it because it's the hub. In fact, what he says is that what winds up happening

is the transportation spokes into the autism centers and the daycare centers for the adults

and for the children and all the different other health services that he revealed are basically

riddled with fraud and how it works is sort of like this unlike you and i who if we didn't have a car

and we needed a ride we would call an uber and we'd have that all track through the app and they would

deduct the money and

everything else happens. We see who the driver is and the app sees who we are, etc. It's all tracked.

None of that happens. What winds up happening in Minnesota and by the way, let me tell you,

there's over a thousand transportation services, these companies, these LLCs, and from what Shirley says, over 80% of

them are Somali owned. These LLCs can have up to 20 cars, but they don't have to use any kind of

app or something like that. No, it's just I picked up Mrs. Somali. I took her to whatever and wherever and then I took her back.

$50 there, $50 back. That's the subsidy. And they submit the invoice and then they just get

paid instantaneously. It's a pretty good living. If you're doing it eight times a day, you're making

yourself an $800 a salary a day. You times that by every day and you got yourself a good

amount of money, a couple hundred thousand a year. Now, if you really want to turn up the dollar

amount, well, then you go get more cars. You don't really have to get them, but you get the cars.
