and what we're thinking will become a fun sort of style focus series that's paired with discussion

of our attempts to make said style that we're focusing on in the show with using shorter and shotier methods.

As with all new things, there's bound to be some hiccups, so please feel free to share your feedback with us.

Now, the style that we're focusing on for this show is one that steps

slightly outside of stylistic boundaries, creating a sort of Americanized

version of like a classic German lager. Hopier versions of Pilsner seem to be

popping up all over the place lately which is exciting for a

logger lover like me. Fortunately I live fairly close to Firestone Walker Brewing

Company who makes what is in my opinion the premier example of this style Pivo

Pivo Pills which I know I'm not the only one who feels it's one of the best

styles of versions of this style.

Oh, I love it.

I think it's one of the first ones that I came into contact with and I know there was some other ones that that

reportedly came out first but it's certainly the ones that that I associate with

the status because of well if one Firestone Walker is awesome.
