If you guys did not listen to the full episode with Kevin last Friday, you should.

We learned so many things about kayak fishing and why dropping real fishing kind of sucks, right?

We sort of talked about

that. Talked a little bit of a little bit of Pike and comedian Gallagher who smashes watermelon.

It was a great time, but one of the things that we spent time on was how Kevin here lived

for years in Miami proper, right? You got to enjoy all the exotic fish down there and all the tarpid and all that stuff.

The sights and sounds. And now you're in Virginia, which is a completely different world.

But I hinted last week we were going to do this because I had a story to tell about the first time Kevin and I met many, many years ago,

filming a snakehead episode of hook shots in Miami with Captain Brett

Isaacson, who was like one of the coolest, funniest, most badass captains I ever fished with.

And something happened on that trip that always stuck with me. Like, it leaves a boy to wonder,

although I think, Kevin, you can kind of clear up. You can sort of fill in the gaps of

this story. You don't have to have a sleuth like imagination to figure out what it was happening.

Right, right. So, so anyway, so we're down in Miami and we're, it's, man, I remember it, we would,

we would catch all our snake heads early and then we would take a break in the afternoon.

Because it was just so brutally hot and the fish sort of shut down.

Yeah, the midday snake.
