So I was on a group page on Facebook and a loan officer was telling a story about how a prospect said, you know, he was

quoted a super low rate of another mortgage company, right? And the loan officer was looking for

some scripts to reel the borrower back in or the prospect back in because the loan officer

was seeing this as a disaster in the make. It's like, hey,

I'm having somebody shot me. Gosh, I was really counting on this one. What do I do? So when I saw that

post and I responded back to him, but I saw that post and I thought, you know, two things. I got a

question and I got a thought. I got a question and I got a thought. The question I asked was, how's it going with the other 39 people that you pre-approved this month? Right. So I hear you have the one going side of it. And we're going to address that, right? But let's make sure we're addressing the other part too. How's it going with the other 39 people that you pre-approved this month? And if you

haven't pre-approved another 39 people, well, we need to get to that. I'm going to tell you that
