Okay, well, as some of you know, I was recently in Sun Valley, Idaho, and while I was there,

I of course stopped into our blister recommended shop, Sturdivans, to sit down with

Sturdivans owner Ulin Glenn and talk about, well, actually just a ton of stuff,

but that ton of stuff included the Rhoda Run ski area,

which could serve as a blueprint for local ski hills in other places.

We talk about Ulan's lifelong love of skiing and his family's very interesting history in skiing. We also talk a good bit about

the skiing in and around Sun Valley, and of course, we talk about some of his favorite gear.

And as you'll see, I was pretty surprised by this section of the conversation. And I like the fact that Ulin was defending a piece of gear that, to be honest, we haven't really talked about in a while.

So I think you're going to find that part of the conversation pretty interesting.

Now, before we get started, I want to give you an update on our upcoming Blister Summit in Mount Crested Butte.

of this episode. Now, as for some updates, Chris Davenport is going to be at Summit A, and I can tell

you for a fact that you are going to want to meet Chris and have the chance to take some runs with him.

Furthermore, K2 is going to be at the summit, and they are going to be showing off some brand

new skis that Jed Yizer, Jed Yizer, who was the very first guest ever on the very first

Blister podcast, well, Jed has been working on these skis for a number

of years now. And Jed is also going to be at the summit. So you're going to get to ski with him, too,
