If you're tuning in for the first time then welcome. In this podcast we usually explore and dissect the evolution of the horror genre by looking at particular

sub-jomras across several weeks.

We explored the evolution of the slasher last year across 14 weeks. We then explored the evolution

of the ghost story across 20 weeks and we have just finished a series on the evolution of

folk horror over the last 17 weeks. And in a couple of months time we'll begin our new series on the evolution of the zombie movie.

But for now, while we're in the middle of October, we're bringing you a little bonus miniseries in which we review a multitude of new and

exciting horror releases in the buildup to Halloween.
