His cell phone was turned off like 2.30 in the morning.

It was turned back on about 5 o'clock in the morning in Washington.

And then later on, it pinged again right by the tower, right near the address on

King's Road, about 9 o'clock in the morning, 8 o'clock, 9 o'clock in the morning, which would,

which is something rather strange. Why would he be there like 8.30, 39 o'clock in the morning in a location where

a quadruple murder happened? And not only that, and there was many people that were coming and

going, of course, but matched that up with all of the times that he'd been at that location

in the area and his phone was pinging.

I'd like to know the times and the dates to see a pattern.

Was it pinging at all hours of the day and night with those other pings, those other dozen

pings all late in the evening?

So it is kind of coincidental that his phone pings at that location or a cell tower

near that location at 8.30 in the morning. And we do know that people who are like serial

arsonists, serial killers, sometimes they do like to go back to the scene of the crime,

especially arsonists, and they like to see their handiwork,

and they want to see the ambulances, they want to see people crying, they want to see the
