Hi, everybody. Welcome to the Mormon newscast. No, it is not Monday. You have not lost your minds. It's actually Friday, 1 p.m. on December 5th. We are doing what we call sort of a pop-up breaking news newscast because overnight there were a couple updates and some articles about Wade S. Christofferson, brother of D. Todd Christofferson,

member of the LDS Church's first presidency. And if you follow us on the Mormon newscast,

you know that we have been trying to cover this and get information out. So we thought it was

important to kind of get together, drop everything, middle of the day on Friday, and just sort of

update you on some of the things

that have been going on. And I will say it's sort of a fluid story because some things changed

even in the last hour that I was really surprised about and we'll be talking about that. So how are

you, Bill and RFM? Are you ready to dive in yet again to this extremely difficult topic?

I'll just say that I was surprised at some of these details, and I think this was important

for us to go live and for the audience to get updated on this story. Me, I'm doing fine. Thanks,

Rebecca. But then again, I'm not the one who's been up since 1 o'clock this morning working on this story like you. Well, you know, when I see an update, when I happen to cross it, and like I said, there are two. One did come in kind of late last night. And I thought, I think it's important because people, people have been following the story and there hasn't been a lot of media coverage about it. And we've kind of been keeping it going

as has floodlit and we'll talk about that as we go to our first slide. But now, you know,

mainstream media is talking about some of these details like Bill described. And it really does

kind of explain more about what happened that I think we were all, you know, wondering about,

upset about. So I think

we can go right to our slideshow. We kind of threw some slides together. This is Bill's

thumbnail here, which I thought was great. Bill does a great job. By the way, that means that

you threw all these slides together, doesn't it, Rebecca? No, Bill threw some together. I also had

some help from my friend, an original Jim,

who was an incredible researcher, and he was able to put some timetables together, because I think

that's important to look at some of the dates. Like I said, everything's very fluid and a little
