shared was that Cam Johnson was going to start slow and then Cam Johnson was going to be really

night, second night of a back-to-back. It is funny. I do go back. We were both discussing

after the last back-to-back, you know, different team, different circumstances. The Nuggets

may just not be a good team on second night of back to backs anymore.
