1:14.3	Phil, let's dig into this trial out of Hawaii. I mean, hey, this one is, is, it's pretty weird because you have a husband who got mad at his wife because of
1:21.8	allegations of infidelity and then wanted her to take a selfie on this narrow path on this hike and on these
1:32.0	rocks and she was like, I'm not going to go over there. And then apparently he starts beating her
1:36.7	with a rock. And so he's being charged with attempted murder. And I guess his defense is,
1:41.7	well, it was domestic violence, but not attempted murder,
1:45.5	which is a much more serious offense that can get him a life in prison. What's your take, Phil?
1:50.9	Well, so, you know, there's a lot to unpack in this case. And you're right. It's interesting
1:57.3	because his defense was, okay, I did it, but I wasn't trying to kill her.
2:02.4	It wasn't an attempted murder.
2:03.8	I was just trying to beat the crap out of her.
2:05.9	That's sort of the way the defense is going there, trying to get to this Class C felony, Dave,
