It's Brooke and Jeffrey in the morning, and there's a new trend going viral on TikTok right now called The Great Lockin.

Have you heard of this?

The idea is kind of similar to a New Year's resolution, where you commit to making a change in your life right now.

And the goal is to carry it through the end of the year across the final

hundred or so days of 2025. So are we just taking our New Year's resolutions that we haven't

done anything with and like renaming them for right now? It doesn't have to be like a traditional

resolution. It's just supposed to be a way to shake off your summer laziness and really lock in on success for the

next few months. I see. All right. I feel like I haven't been lazy. I thought I was about to get

lazy now. I'm like, wait. Well, so the question is, what do each of us want to do in our lives for

our great lock-in? Alexis, what's your goal for yourself?

Maybe buying some American-made eyelash glue for once?
