Sitzo Saturday Fox, how we doing?

You're in for a real damn treat today you're going to get to hear from the most

remarkable member of this shit show community and I think all of us shit shows

would agree. Queen Sandra as I like to call her.

Now anytime Sandra shares in group, it is a mic drop moment, like she is an impossible act to follow. She always brings people to tears.

I like to joke that she's actually a paid actress to promote the community.

But Sandra is 74 and is just realizing, I think it was about a year ago, that she's an adult child. And she is a fucking miracle who has defied all odds like what this woman has endured

She shouldn't be here, you know like just to name some of it her mother had her when she was 14 Her father was incredibly abusive to her mom. Her mom was

incredibly abusive to her. She was married to a narcissist. She was literally on

death's door drinking herself to death just four years ago and she is a prime example of how it is never ever ever ever ever

too late to heal.

And she's a prime example of how one can endure some really horrendous shit and still heal.

She suffered her whole life and for the first time she's putting all of the pieces together like so many of us

We can't figure out what's wrong with us. We have all of these puzzle pieces, but we don't realize that they are all a part of the same adult child puzzle.

And so today, so she was on Shichow Saturday earlier in the year where she shared her full story.
