So welcome back to Shichou Saturday, Hoi Mai, Shiriest of the Shichos.

So today I am playing a recording from a recent Patreon group from this past Thursday.

I like to do these periodically so that you guys can see what the hell is going on in this community.

We got people from, you know, as early as mid-20s to mid-70s.

All across the world, all different backgrounds, all bonding over this shared connection

of being adult children and of being Shichos.

And I know that there are so many of you who have been wanting to join but have not yet joined.

And I really just want to emphasize what Adam talked about in the episode this week about the importance of community.

And also what I always say, this is a relational trauma which means the healing requires healthy and safe relationships.

And this is a community where you can find that.

A promise that you will feel heard, seen, and understood like never before to the person I am listening right now.

Who feels like they don't have anybody in their life who understands the way that they think, feel, and behave.

Well guess what? There is a group of people who understand exactly why you do say and behave in the ways that you do.

Because we fucking do it too.

So how about we just do this folks, okay?
