And what the hell to do about it? And we're also talking about the 12 steps and how for people with a lot of unresolved trauma, how the 12 steps could be potentially harmful or damaging, especially from the perspective

of, you know, when we're doing a fourth and fifth step in AA and N. A. and a the focus is really on us and

specifically looking for what are our character defects as it relates to these resentments and fears and sexual inventory.

But one thing that I touched upon when I did my episode on Step 6 and 7 as it relates to an adult child perspective.
