to this too but let's be honest for an adult child it is shit show every damn day if it ends

in day it is a shit show day it is 10 20 p.m. on Friday night I just finished editing this interview

that I am about to play for y'all so I had to do this in an airport guys so I went to go visit

my grandmother this week I was supposed to fly back last night but my initial flight got delayed

I was going to miss my connection so I had to stay an extra night in the only time that I was going to be able to do

this today was during my my layover in San Diego there was there was nowhere quiet to go so I just

spent a really long time editing this so that you don't have to hear you know people saying like now it's

time for a 31 to a 60 to board so yes I just wanted to give you a heads up about that I want you to

know though I spend every week I spend a lot of time editing the interviews so that it is the most

pleasurable experience for your ears so I tried my best today it might not be great but it's good

enough and I also just want to say so I want to visit my grandmother as I said and you know I've

never been particularly close with her she's she's 85 she has Parkinson's she she's had it for a

while but I would say it's been in the past few years where it's really gotten bad and I haven't

seen her in a couple years so but she's still sharp as shit and I said that we were never particularly

close because I never we never lived near each other so you know the most I would see her would be

once or twice a year but I would say in the past few years her and I have developed this stronger bond

in this deeper connection kind of kind of rooted in the progression of the disease of alcoholism

and you know the disease of family dysfunction you know kind of as a result of the craziness and

the sickness and the disease her and I have been able to cultivate this this kind of special relationship

and connect on the level that I've never connected with her on so that is one positive of all this
