can occur in only seven weeks. So we just wrapped up our third round of Breathe the Heal.

This is a seven week breathwork and somatic series run by our very own breathwork guru and

trauma-informed somatic practitioner, Teresa. And today, you're going to get to hear participants share what their experience has been

like over this journey.

You'll hear stories of people feeling safe in their bodies for the very first time,

of people feeling their bodies for the very first time.

You'll hear people share about rediscovering their voice after a lifetime of silence.

You'll hear the releasing of fears and physical tension that have existed for many,

many, many decades.

This is some powerful shit, y'all.

And we will definitely be doing this again.
