When he had a clothing distribution brand and searched for a 3PL, he couldn't find what he was looking for. He envisioned a solution that was more attuned to what fast-growing DTC brands needed. So he created the kind of shipping company that he would have wanted. His overall goal was to reduce shipping costs for the brand while reducing transit times for the consumer.
