0:11.2	And if we can learn how to do that, we can get rid of the excuses and replace excuses with what we teach in the book, which is a psychological phenomenon called cognitive reframing. Because one of the biggest
0:22.4	excuses that most people make is, oh, I'm too old. Right. Or I don't have enough resources.
0:27.2	Right. Or I don't know enough of the right people. I don't have this. So I ask you, I invite you in the
0:31.3	chapter to make a list of all the things you tend to come up with as an excuse and then replace
0:36.5	the excuse with what's called a positive
0:39.3	affirmation or a declaration or a cognitive reframe that goes in the other direction.
0:43.6	So when someone says to me, oh, I'm too old, I say, listen, your past experience has prepared
