Burke County Police Academy.

It's always good when we have classes like this because a lot of top line administration will come to the

training and that will lead to their people benefiting from it because they go

oh this was very good we are going to send more folks I heard that about six times and hey We are going to send more folks.

I know. I just explained everybody, we're not going in reverse.

We're not having agency saying,

we're not saying anybody anymore,

not with clear communication understanding what we're doing.

If you haven't been to our training, I really should have just turned off the volume on that, but I didn't. You know, if your agency hasn't sent people to training and they

then sent the supervisor somebody with some clout, I can assure you that after attending one of our

training seven hours, they're going to be sent in a lot more things.

And that's great for us because it allows officers to get trained and pursue the training they deserve

rather than be left in the dark of what to do, what not to do, and having no clue how to do this job without

these training products.
