Hi friends, welcome to another episode of the Revelation Wellness Podcast.

Today I just want to tell a funny story to you.

It's actually an oldie but a goodie. It's a story that I remember clearly and

vividly because it was that was when I heard the Lord first say to me, this is why we're doing what we're doing.

And this is why.

Because when God first called me to a ministry like this and to use fitness as a tool to talk about him,

I said no way.

And I kept pushing it aside for a long time because it just felt too scary.

What would people think? I just couldn't, it just, I didn't want to do it I can still remember how visceral

it was for me to just blow it off and no can't have it not happening but God's so

good he keeps pursuing us.

And so this story today really was a moment where it became clear of,

oh, this is why you want me to do it.

And it was just real simple and in line with the passions of my heart and what

God's created me for. But before I get going I just want to remind you all that

the next round of instructor training, it's our last class until fall starts on February 13th.

So it is soon soon soon and I hope that for those of you that are ready to get in you get in we don't want you

to miss out it's just amazing to see how God is making good on his insistent

tug on my heart to do this.

It's so amazing to watch how God really is

using fitness as a tool to bring freedom and hope
